ICPL-M601

The ICPL-M601 series combine an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode as the emitter which is optically coupled to a silicon high speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output in a plastic SOP5 package. With the robust coplanar double mold structure, ICPL-M601series provide the most stable isolation feature.
