ICPR21A,21B,21C,21D

The ICPR21X series is a 1 form A (normally open switch) that can replace electromechanical relays in many applications. It consists an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET in a SOP4 package, and has a peak off-State voltage of 60V~600V.
