6N136_135
The 6N135, 6N136 series combine an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode as the emitter which is optically coupled to a silicon high speed photo transistor in a plastic DIP8 package with different lead forming options.
A separate design between photodiode and transistor reduces the base collector capacitance of the input transistor which improves the speed by several orders of magnitude over conventional phototransistor optocouplers.

6N137
The 6N137 series combine an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode as the emitter which is optically coupled to a silicon high speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output in a plastic DIP8 package with different lead forming options.

ICPL-053X
The ICPL-0530/0531 dual channel optocou-plers contain a pair of light emitting diodes and integrated photodetectors with electrical insulation between input and out-put.
Separate connection for thephotodiode bias and output transistor collectors increase the speed up to a hundred times that of a conventional phototran.

ICPL-060X
The ICPL-060X series combine an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode as the emitter which is optically coupled to a silicon high speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output in a plastic SO8 package with different lead forming options.

ICPL-063X
ICPL-0630/0631/063L are optically coupled gates that combine a GaAsP light-emitting diode and an integrated high gain photo detector. An enable input allows the detector to be strobed. The output of the detector IC is an open collector Schottky-clamped transistor. The internal shield provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity specification of 10 kV/µs at 3.3V. This unique design provides maximum AC and DC circuit isolation while achieving LVTTL/LVCMOS compatibility. The optocoupler AC and DC operational parameters are guaranteed from –40°C to +85°C allowing trouble-free system performance.

ICPL-074L
ICPL-074L (dual-channel) are 25MBd CMOS optocouplers in SOIC-8 package. The optocouplers use the latest CMOS IC technology to achieve outstanding performance with very low power consumption. Basic building blocks of ICPL-074L are high speed LEDs and CMOS detector ICs. Each detector incorporates an integrated photodiode, a high-speed transimpedance amplifier, and a voltage comparator with an output driver.
